The service is truly impeccable. Especially thanks to our lovely Snow at the main restaurant. Swimming pools, beachs and services are impeccable as well.

Large area, no crowds due to the fact that there are many locations. The food is excellent - always meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, cheeses. High-quality imported alcohol. Excellent cocktails are made in the HIGHLIHTS bar, the most delicious cocktails are at Lelson - try the lavender margarita, it is very tasty

Do not go to this hotel. We arrived on Friday 11th July and have left on Wednesday 16th July to stay at a different hotel due to how awful this Rixos is. I am unsure how the hotel can class themselves as a 5 star and all inclusive. I have been to Dubai many times and this hotel lacks everything Dubai offers. The restaurant rush you from the moment you sit down for dinner and don’t leave you to enjoy your food. The rooms are VERY dated and tight for space. The booking system to book restaurants is a complete faff and does not work. By the time you manage to get on they are fully booked. The buffet restaurant has no dress code and people are strolling in for dinner in swim wear. You cannot get snacks anywhere in the hotel, no snack bar, no ice cream nothing. You can only eat from 12-3. After this you cannot get anything until dinner. This isn’t great when you are traveling with kids. Very disappointed with the lack of staff, no real effort to help you or make you feel welcome. Will never stay here again! Read less
