245 rooms and 45 suites. All with air-conditioning, TV, mini-bar*, tea/coffee- making facilities, WiFi, safe and king-size Sofitel MyBedTM. Classic Rooms offer 376 sq ft of living space, and are located in the main building with garden or sea views. With 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Half Board option (breakfast + lunch or dinner):
Breakfast & Lunch: Aailaa, Fiamma, and Kaashi restaurants. A 60% discount in Hashi and/or Shio restaurants will not apply to guests who booked Half Board Lunch.
Breakfast & Dinner: Aailaa restaurant only for breakfast and dinner. A 60% discount on the total food bill is offered or can be utilized when dining in Shio or Hashi (signature outlets).
Full Board option (breakfast + lunch + dinner):

Includes unlimited beverages from the selected beverages list that is served in all restaurants and bars from 11.00 am on the day of arrival to 11.00 pm on the day of departure.
The unlimited beverages included in the All-Inclusive meal plan do not apply to In-villa dining, destination dining, wine room, and minibar.
The all-inclusive package includes one 3-course beach dinner from the Aailaa menu for all persons in the same villa, once during the stay (Reservation to be made upon arrival).
Alcohol will be served to guests aged 18 years and above, and as per the Resort’s license.
All the listed beverages will be served only by glasses and not by bottles, except for beers, soft beverages, and water.
On the non-availability of listed beverage items, an alternative beverage will be offered.
Takeaway beverages from outlets to the rooms are not allowed.

When we came to hotel we were offered a room with only 2 queen beds. The manager can't give any plausible explanation where the child was supposed to sleep (the reservation clearly says 2 adults + 1 chd) and we were asked to pay ridicluous additional…

Just checked the booking site - the same room is still available for 3 persons (of course without mentioning of any extra payments).
So be carefull with such type of reservations - you'll be charged extra.
I personally never have experienced such problems in any hotel traveling with a child, if you book 2adults + 1 child it always included a bed for a child.

Check-in was a breeze, and our room was huge. We have to mention that the pool is seriously the best in the UAE! Even when it gets busy, it never feels overcrowded because of its spacious design. The pool bar service is excellent, with dedicated waiters for each area. Our waiter for this month, Momodu, was super attentive and truly make sure that we get everything that we need.
With different dining options available, we chose to go to Reunion for a la carte dinner, and it was an experience in itself! The service is top-notch. Our waiter, Technicious, and his supervisor Raegan were fantastic. They were incredibly attentive, full of good energy, and provided excellent food recommendations with a smile 😁. Plus, it was a lovely touch that Hilary, the restaurant director, came by to greet us personally. And the food? Simply amazing! From appetizers to main courses and desserts, everything was delicious.
Overall, we had a premium service experience and will definitely be coming back again!
