“An Unforgettable Anniversary Stay at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert”

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, and several members of the team made our anniversary stay especially memorable. A very special thank you goes to Amr from the Buggy Service. He was one of the most helpful and kind people we met during our stay. Whenever we needed assistance, he was always available and willing to help, and he supported us with several issues we faced with the villa until everything was properly resolved. What made the biggest difference was his attitude _always smiling, calm, patient, and genuinely caring. He truly helped us enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, which was especially important to us as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. His level of support and hospitality deserves special recognition. I would also like to sincerely thank Amr Saber, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made our dining experience exceptional. He made us feel truly looked after, and the quality, variety, and presentation of the food were excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you as well to Sabri from the breakfast team. He was always smiling, attentive, and focused on making sure every request was taken care of. He carefully noted our preferences and requests and made sure everything was followed up properly.His professionalism and positive attitude made breakfast even more enjoyable every morning Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary stay so relaxing and memorable. The personal attention, kindness, and genuine hospitality we received made a real difference, and we would be very happy to return again.

“A refined stay with excellent service”

We had a very enjoyable stay at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah. The Al Rimal villas are beautiful, spacious and very well designed, and overall the experience was very much in line with what we expected from the Ritz-Carlton. We were lucky to stay just after the reopening of Farmhouse, which had been completely renovated. The restaurant is beautifully done, the food was excellent and the overall experience was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Breakfast was also of a very high standard, with excellent quality and service. One point worth mentioning for future guests: if privacy and tranquillity are particularly important to you, it is worth considering the more secluded villa categories. Music from neighbouring villas can occasionally be heard, and this can take away a little from the otherwise very peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a very good stay, with excellent service and some particularly strong highlights. We would happily return.
