Five star Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert was nothing short of magical, truly a five-star experience in every sense. We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and from the very first moment, the entire team made it unforgettable. A special thank you to Jees Joseph, the manager of Kahila Restaurant, whose warmth and attention to detail elevated every meal. The birthday touches — a beautifully presented cake, a bottle of Chandon, and thoughtful in-room dining surprises — made the celebration truly special. The experience went far beyond dining. The adventure center activities, guided by Fred, were exceptional. From stargazing under the desert sky to night safaris and early morning animal feeding, every moment felt curated and immersive. We saw oryx, camels, gazelles, and even fascinating desert wildlife like beetles and lizards — a rare and memorable connection with nature. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was our buggy driver, Chetiya from Sri Lanka — truly a star of this experience. He became more than just a driver, but a guide, storyteller, and a genuinely kind companion throughout our stay. Always available, always smiling, always going the extra mile — he made us feel at home in the desert. The service extended beautifully into every corner of the resort. At the spa, Bindia prepared a lovely surprise with balloons and a thoughtful gift. Breakfast at Kahila was another highlight, where Mr. Joseph personally ensured a celebratory start to the day with champagne. And in the evening at Farmhouse Restaurant, the team created yet another warm and memorable birthday moment for my wife. What truly sets this place apart is the consistent feeling of care and hospitality that surrounds you everywhere — from restaurants to activities to simple transfers across the resort. My wife was incredibly happy, and our whole family left with unforgettable memories. This is not just a hotel — it’s an experience we will cherish and return to.

Everything was amazing - the food, spa & the villa. The Zuma pop up is a great addition to the resort :) I’d repeat it again.

Wonderful place with private pools, amazing staff and great service. Recently we had a staycation of 4 nights and this was our third time staying at Ritz Carlton Al Wadi. Everything was perfect and we cannot wait to go back. Kids club is super nice and the lovely ladies, Favour and Reem are doing a great job. Our daughter enjoyed making arts and crafts with Favour every day and she received a lovely face painting from Reem. Our buggy driver Amer was super kind and taught our daughter how to drive a buggy and provided her with a driving licence, which became one of the highlights of our trip. The falcon shows were so entertaining and meeting Harry the Owl was an absolute joy every morning, thanks to Imran and the team for all their efforts and making this possible for the kids. The whole team is great, thanks to all and looking forward to be back.
