I had a truly memorable experience at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch — especially at the leisure front desk, where Daisy was incredibly helpful. She provided all the information we needed, was fluent, professional, and genuinely engaging. Her warm and attentive demeanor made our check-in smooth and welcoming. At the Sunset Beach Lounge, the poolside staff — Roi and Jubin — deserve special recognition. Despite the blazing summer heat, they delivered outstanding service. From refreshing drinks to perfectly timed snacks, their dedication never wavered. They were attentive, well-versed, and incredibly professional throughout our stay. Truly commendable! The beach itself is amazing — soft, clean sand and crystal-clear water made it perfect for swimming and relaxing. We genuinely enjoyed every moment by the sea. The setting is serene and well-maintained, creating an ideal atmosphere for a luxurious beach day. One small suggestion: there was only one portable fan at the beach area. Given the summer temperatures, adding more fans would greatly benefit both guests and hardworking staff like Roi and Jubin. Overall, Waldorf Astoria RAK offers a perfect blend of luxury, hospitality, and natural beauty. We can’t wait to return! Read less

An excellent and recommended hotel with great service. We spent a week here in June, it was wonderful. Of course, it is warm in June, but you could still relax very well with the amenities of the hotel. Many thanks to the whole hotel team. The service was very friendly, motivated and helpful in all areas. In the restaurant Qasr al Bahar we would like to thank the chef Anand, it was not only the delicious food, Anand also explained to us the partly unknown dishes and also explained some background of the preparation. We were served particularly lovingly and friendly by Naw Bel. She was always there at the right moment without being intrusive. Unfortunately, the beach was filled in and expanded a few months ago, so that it no longer consists of natural soft sand, but of sand dredged from the sea with shells (as is often the case in the UAE) and is now very wide. As a result, there are no more waves, as on the natural beaches, because in addition, an artificial offshore island has been built within sight, on which a huge construction site is currently being built. However, there was no noise pollution. There is now a certain way to walk to the water. Read less
