Not my favorite place. It was OK. Unfortunately for them we had stayed at the Boulders and The Ritz @ Dove Mountain before coming here. Maybe if we hadn't done that, they would get more stars. Staff was always very friendly! Food was always good. Weird hole in bathroom wall (see pic), spa was sub-par (see pics, broken equipment and noisy repair people working on equipment (not what you want in a spa environment), rotten fruit in food offering, massage therapist told me several times there would be an uncharge if I wanted deeper massage. Told me, told me again, and then 10 minutes into massage asked how the pressure was and reminded me there would be an upcharge if she changed the pressure! ??? Why ask?) They cheaped out in many respects....two bottles of water means just only two bottles of water, other places gave two bottles + every day, housekeeping didn't leave kleenexes when they emptied, didn't leave coffee amenities when empty, forgot to clean the room the first day, pool bar was only opened on weekend and that meant not even fresh ice water when they weren't open. I got 4 portfolio billings after leaving and still had to call to get our breakfast credits applied that I had paid for!? Assuming they were hoping I wouldn't notice. It was just OK and overpriced for what we got.

This hotel was perfect for our “golf buddies” trip. The property was beautiful and conveniently located. Our rooms were clean with comfortable beds. But what made the trip even better was the personal service we received from Front Desk host, Brinton. She could not have been more helpful. Was professional, kind and very attentive.

I had such a lovely staycation here during a wellness weekend. The resort felt calm, welcoming, and truly relaxing from the moment I arrived. The wellness activities were thoughtfully done, the grounds were peaceful, and the staff was warm and attentive. I left feeling refreshed and recharged—such a perfect Scottsdale escape.
