“Will come back to see what's new!”

The location was secluded, which was what we really wanted at that time. The room showed signs of wear and the signature restaurant was closed. At the time, they were undergoing renovations. I am looking forward to coming back to see what's new.

“Day passes”

So they stopped selling day passes days before my friends came and we were staying at the resort. Basically forcing them to reserve a chair or a different spot for a grip of money. Shame on the resort. There were a ton of open spots. The day passes were for like 60$ but my friend had to pay 200$ for a daybed she didn't even use so she could hang out. Refused to refund her also. May have to look elsewhere for future stay cation.

I had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Starr Pass this June, and truly loved every aspect of the experience. One of the highlights was the guided hiking tour included in the resort fee—a fantastic offering that allowed the chance to explore the scenic trails right on property. The desert views were so pretty and provided a memorable way to connect with the natural surroundings. Dining across the resort was exceptional. Salud’s patio is a must-visit, offering stunning sunset views with a design that keeps the space comfortably shaded in the evening. It created a relaxed, inviting atmosphere to unwind after a day of activities. The resort amenities are equally impressive, from multiple pools and a relaxing lazy river to the beautifully renovated golf club and courses. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully curated for both relaxation and recreation. What truly set the stay apart, however, was the incredible staff. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuine—they went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and memorable visit. This property delivered an exceptional desert resort experience, combining natural beauty, outstanding dining, and top-tier service. I can’t wait to return!
