Awesome!!!!! Nellie is great. Aloft is great. Check in was easy and the vibe is great. I highly recommend this one. Everything was clean. The bar was great. The drinks and location was Perfect. Just follow the path and everything was there. A++++++¥

Very comfortable bed. Nice customer service provided by staff. I was in town for a graduation at BU and our family stayed at the Aloft. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. I liked the modern configuration of the room. The complimentary coffee and water was a nice perk.

Nellie was amazing! She checked us in and checked us out. Answering all of our questions with patience and a smile. We enjoyed the hotel and had a lovely stay. The lobby was boisterous in the evening with a nice vibe. The breakfast was pretty standard, I enjoyed the complimentary coffee.

The front desk staff was amazing. We accidentally booked for the wrong night and they saved us so much trouble by rebooking the room for us. They were very friendly and made it so easy for us to switch our dates. The manager was Amali . The hotel is very nice also.

The front staff was very accommodating, even during a convention. Rooms were clean and all amenities were full. Beds and pillows were soft and view of the D was great. Having the grill connected was a plus. Will be back next year for the convention and will book here again.
