Greed gets you nowhere! I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed when they charged me $100 every night for incidentalsI. I thought that was a bit much considering I was already paying almost $300 a night plus tax. I was also very disappointed when I checked out a day earlier. Greed gets you nowhere! I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed when they charged me $100 every night for incidentalsI. I thought that was a bit much considering I was already paying almost $300 a night plus tax. I was also very disappointed when I checked out a day earlier. I got up at 7am checkout at the front desk and they charged me $50 plus tax for early departure fee and it was before check out time. I’ve never been charged this by any Hilton that I stayed in. They didn’t even waived it for being a lifetime diamond member. Definitely the last time I will ever stay there. Read less

I stayed here one night in between long-distance train trips. Overall this is a very good business hotel. I was particularly impressed with the hotel restaurant. I had dinner and breakfast there and found the food was significantly better than most hotel restaurants. The room itself was very clean if a bit worn.

We stayed here for the Boston Marathon weekend. As a Boston participant, this hotel really rolled out the red carpet: you enter the hotel with yelow/blue balloon arches, BAA flags, a gift bag from the hotel, the limited edition Samuel Adams 26.2 on tap, smiling staff who welcome you/wish you well on your race, and much more! The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable; as an aside, the thermostat in our room was an old analog dial-type and doesnt really have the most accurate or even comfort setting. The attached restaurant has a VERY good dinner; highly recommend dining for dinner (but we recommend against breakfast). Location of the hotel is 2 short blocks from the southeast corner of Boston Common and exactly 1.2 miles from the iconic finish line. Read less
