“Excellent location with wonderful rooms”

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay.Exceptionally clean and quiet rooms with comfy beds
The location is great with plenty of public transportation.We used Lyft for transportation when we needed it.
Starbucks and a bar on site were an added bonus.
Last but not least we have to mention Touriya Kebass. Exceptional service and friendliness that went beyond our expectations.We loved our conversations with her.
The chocolate chip cookies are the bomb!

First stay in here in 7+ years, and I must admit that the hotel and the neighborhood has improved. It can get a little loud here since the hotel is very close the the T stop and to Tufts Medical Center. But the area is clean.
The hotel was very solid. The front desk, and especially the wait staff could use a little training, but overall a solid visit.

OK, this is a hard review to write. You see most of the staff were marvellous. But they were let down by the management.
Nothing typifies this more than the fact that they had hung the America 250 Flag in the lobby, but had not even bothered to iron it.
There were further issues with our account and a night manager who refused to engage.
So the staff were very happy to help, very pleasant and very customer focussed. Unlike the management who find clients a nuisance.
