“An ordinary busy city centre hotel”

Stayed over Halloween, the main advantage of this hotel is its location for the freedom trail, train station and harbour all easy to walk to. Surge pricing in effect greatly increased prices the day before . Having used the local metro now (easy to use) back from Harvard should we ever go back and surge pricing in effect we would just stay a bit further out.
Nothing really stands out , no recognition for being a diamond member which is one of the main reasons I continue to stay in Hiltons.

My 5 stars goes for the front office people especially for Touriya ,she was very welcome,giving tips,where to eat,how to manage downtown. She is very professional, lots of knowledge,very kind and always with good humour. We wanted also to express our appreciation to Mila. Very nice, kind great check in.
“Nice Hotel but Very Loud Street”

Really nothing wrong with the actual hotel except that at 2am we were woken up by extremely loud noises, music blasting, and car horns going off. We called the front desk and they said that an event was let out and people wanted to keep the party going but that police were called. I am seeing that other people have said the same things in their reviews so this seems like it happens often. It’s not in the control of the hotel, but just something to be aware of.
