Valet parking was very efficient. The king suite was nice and the bed and pullout bed were very comfortable. We were in room 331 which was quiet except for a night with a street party, which was outside the control of the hotel (and they called the police). Service was spot on, too. The only knock was room service food comes in styrofoam and a paper bag. I know room service is always expensive for the convenience, but I don’t want the experience to be the same as takeout from Olive Garden. And the empty glasses were in the hallway for two days. Not too much to complain about, but this knocked the review down a notch. Read less

Great spot near Chinatown that’s a short walk to most places including Boston Common. Located next to the Tuft “T” subway station if you need to get anywhere else. Very friendly and informative front desk staff. Nice basic restaurant / bar. Starbucks downstairs. We parked in the well lit Tufts Garage next door for a $45 day max.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were large. Having had been in the hotel industry I can find stuff. The average person might not. The hotel was just wonderful. Not completely renovated, but certainly nice. Location great. I walked myself to death. Bar was great. Breakfast was amazing. Food at bar was equally excellent.

Great hotel. Clean, family friendly. Wish it was an easier walk to more things. But overall great stay. Pool and hot tub. Staff was very pleasant.

Greed gets you nowhere! I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed when they charged me $100 every night for incidentalsI. I thought that was a bit much considering I was already paying almost $300 a night plus tax. I was also very disappointed when I checked out a day earlier. I thought that was a bit much considering I was already paying almost $300 a night plus tax. I was also very disappointed when I checked out a day earlier. I got up at 7am checkout at the front desk and they charged me $50 plus tax for early departure fee and it was before check out time. I’ve never been charged this by any Hilton that I stayed in. They didn’t even waived it for being a lifetime diamond member. Definitely the last time I will ever stay there. Read less
