Of course, they wouldn’t all have experienced today’s attractions, which include a mammoth 20,000 SF Health Club, the nightly cocktail hour (well 5 hours) in the Library, and the New England inspired dining of its Off the Common restaurant, with Boston’s signature lobster rolls a menu favourite.

This hotel is quite obviously nicely located in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. Safe, walkable, good for shopping and restaurants. Boston Common and Public Gardens are very close and wonderful to visit. This hotel is in a 100 year old building and I guess there isn’t much that can be done to improve the rooms. The bathroom in particular was so disappointing. Very small with no counter space, an old tub to step into for a shower and a toilet from elementary school. You know the kind of toilet that is very low with a skinny seat and a bar on the back to flush. I mean we adjusted after the initial shock. The linens on the bed were fine. The towels could have been better. For the price I was expecting a bit more.

I would like to thank Ranjan for his help with the refrigerator in my room during my stay. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I also want to thank Unique at the front desk for her help. She also went out of her way to help me and make my stay comfortable and handled everything very professionally.
