Location is excellent.
Service however is lacking. Ate at the restaurant 2x and that was a mistake. It’s weird. There’s lots of staff working but no one seems to care about customer service. Feels like a strange work environment where they get paid to show up but not care about the quality of the service for the guests.

They allow you to get $15 of dry cleaning each night as part of the fee but if you stay one night you cannot use it because of the time requirements of the dry cleaning. Staff were overall good and friendly. Services were professional and prompt.
Consistent with other Hiltons globally so you know what you will get.
