“Six Irish Ladies - Thank you Abby McNulty”

We recently returned from the most wonderful trip to Boston – six Irish ladies on tour – and we had a fantastic time. From the moment we booked, everything was handled so smoothly, and a huge part of that was thanks to Abby McNulty in Reservations. Abby was an absolute star. She was so warm, patient, and helpful while we were organising our rooms from Ireland. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole process effortless and stress-free. It was such a comfort knowing everything was in good hands before we even arrived. The location was perfect for exploring Boston, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable -very important after long days of sightseeing and shopping. The beds were divine, and the little touches throughout the hotel really made us feel welcome. The staff across the board were friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely – true Boston hospitality at its best. Any request we had were dealt with quickly and with a smile. As a group of six travelling together, it can sometimes be tricky to keep everyone happy – but this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We made memories to last a lifetime, and our stay played a huge part in that. A heartfelt thank you to Abby McNulty for going above and beyond, and to the entire team for making six Irish ladies feel so at home in Boston. We will absolutely be back!

Stayed for 4 nights in January with my husband. Our original flight was cancelled due to the snow so after a very long day travelling we wer greeted by Mario on front desk who was so helpful and pleasant! He gave us bottles of water as the bar was closed and upgraded our room free of charge. Such a lovely guy with outstanding customer service skills. We didnt eat at the hotel but had drinks each night at the bar, cocktails were excellent and wine selection good. Spicy trail mix snacks served with the drinks were so tasty I ordered some foe home! Checked out very early by Shaun who again was excellent and helped with bags / airport transfer. Would definitely recommend, location is excellent and staff outstanding.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza for the weekend and had an amazing stay . The workers were very nice and attentive ! We especially had an amazing experience at the dining area downstairs while grabbing a quick bite and drinks , our server Begolli was SOOO NICE and attentive and had amazing conversation ! I would recommend this stay !
