I experienced an unexpected complication prior to my visit for the very busy Boston Marathon weekend, and I was concerned about my reservation. Checking into the hotel was a wonderful experience, the front desk attendants made me feel genuinely welcome right from the start. When I requested a microwave, Ranjan delivered it to my room promptly. He was not only courteous, but went above and beyond by bringing it in, plugging it in to ensure it worked, and even cleaning it. The level of service was truly exceptional.
