Coming from time spent in Portugal, hoping for a welcoming return. As anticipated, welcomed as family to an establishment that understands first rate hospitality. Once again, greeted by Ben at the door, a trusted ally, offering a warm smile, a helping hand, and assistance with information and logistics during our stay. Ben exemplifies the dedication to hospitality i’ve come to experience at the Newbury, without exception. I look forward to returning to Boston via The Newbury, and it’s warm and enthusiastic staff.

There are hotels which charge a lot of money that leave you wondering 'why on earth can they be so costly?' with poor service, only okay rooms and lack of amenities and then there are hotels like The Newbury Boston, where each dollar spent is worth it! The staff is lovely from word go, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable and the bars/restaurants are spots you are happy to go to when you stay on-site. Not to mention, the location is unbeatable.

The Newbury Boston is sheer perfection. As a frequent guest every visit is superb! Relaxing with a hot tea or cocktail in the beautiful Street Bar to ending the evening with a sumptuous dinner upstairs at Contessa, the Newbury always deliver a high quality memorable stay.
