We stayed in an Executive suite on the 32nd floor, with great views of the river and city. Check in: We arrived at 11pm on a Friday, no wait for check in. Was offered points or breakfast as a welcome gift, we chose points. Room: Huge, cleaned daily and was kept up in good condition. Only slight complaint would be housekeeping not replacing the body wash, as we ran out on our 3rd day. Would of thought that this would be taken care of with the daily cleaning. Lounge: Club lounge is open Sunday thru Thursday for dinner and Monday thru Friday for breakfast. Lounge closes at 5pm on Friday and reopens 5pm on Sunday. Great food selection and able to get seating at all times. It's a nice place to have a drink and get some work done. Irene is a great host. Overall we loved our stay and would return. The hotel is connected to Copley Place mall which is also attached to the Prudential mall so you can shop and dine without steeping foot outside. Also very close to 2 different train lines which made getting around the city very easy and convenient. Read less

No breakfast was included in the high cost of each night's stay. You could buy a very good a la carte breakfast i the hotel but it was expensive. I was there to travel to TD Garden each day to watch the World Figure Skating Championships. This involved 6 days travel. It was a really convenient location for this as the station for the orange T line was really close, which ran directly to TD Garden. Read less

The hotel overall was really nice and the rooms are modern. I was there for a conference and the conference area is also quite nice. And thankfully not overly cold. The food they served was pretty good quality for a conference. There was a lot of door slamming. I think the doors may just slam if you aren’t careful because it wasn’t just guest,… Read more

The food they served was pretty good quality for a conference. There was a lot of door slamming. I think the doors may just slam if you aren’t careful because it wasn’t just guest, the cleaning staff also seemed to slam the doors a lot as well. Also, I know it’s become kind of a Marriott standard but I really hate the rain shower head with the handheld sprayer. It really does not work well for washing my hair. Read less

A longer walk or cab ride will get you to Faneuil Hall, the North End, or Boston's beautiful waterfront. Regardless of which neighborhood you choose, the restaurants are fabulous. Don't miss Boston Public Garden, a lovely park. The hotel boasts a variety of rooms, rates, and views. Our room faced the city with some beautiful water views of the harbor and the river so the best of everything. The hotel offers one restaurant and the food and beverages are outstanding! After a day of being out and about, then a concert we needed a nosh and enjoyed an amazing burger, cocktail, and the wonderful entertainment. Love, love, love the sexy couches and great service. Sadly, our schedule didn't permit breakfast - which we heard was very good. Our room looked brand new, well appointed with very, very comfortable beds, and pillows. Good size bureau, closet, and bathroom. The room colors were neutral and on trend but not trendy. We appreciated the photographs of Boston. We are looking forward to returning. Easy check-in! The staff very accommodating, as well as helpful with their suggestions for places to eat, etc.Bernardo a host at the Bar10 was very attentive as well as ensuring every customer had the best service. The Bar10 had a great bar as well. On the downside, apparently there was a conference with teenagers apparently in high school (a large group)at the hotel for a few days (not exactly sure how long)over the weekend! One evening They were in the lobby throwing their things, jackets etc on the floor of the lobby area. I never actually saw at supervision… they were also loud in the hallway!! With the exception of this group the receptionist, cleaning staff etc were very accommodating and professional. This hotel is close to Northeastern university as well as back Bay Area. Our thanks to Bernardo and the concierge, and receptionist. Read less
