The hotel is in an excellent location. Within walking distance of Boston Common and Newberry Street. I appreciated the excellent service provided by Oral at the door and Jose at the front desk. The concierge was also amazing. Helping us print tickets for a local tour. This is a well staffed, clean and welcoming hotel.

The location is excellent — surrounded by shops and restaurants, with direct access to the mall and just steps away from two subway stations. The club lounge is very nice and adds to the overall experience. The hotel offers valet parking only, and at $70 per day, it can add up quickly. The website also mentions EV chargers. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and the unbeatable location makes it a great choice if you don’t mind the parking cost.

“Unless You Are Part of A Corporate Junket Go Elsewhere”

Before you book this hotel, please note this hotel in its existence is a corporate junket hotel. You will wait endlessly for elevators. Bars and restaurants will be closed to the public. Beyond this inconvenience, the hotel is just really old. It needed a makeover 20 years ago. USBs do not work, the bathrooms are dated, and the common areas are a disgrace. The hotel has a great location, but nothing else to offer. If you are not part of a corporate junket book elsewhere. Trust me, this is not the hotel for the individual traveler.
