Perfect location with ocean views, walkable to many shops and restaurants, nice pools and property, clean, comfortable, great room service!! We loved our stay at the beautiful Hyatt. It is a bit loud with road noise with ocean front room when slider is open.

Hands down the best service and hotel in Hunington Beach! We travel a lot, and it's rare to find a place that consistently delivers like this one. Every time we stay top notch service. The staff goes above and beyond, and the entire experience is seamless. Truly a standout property and we're always impressed!

We booked this Hotel through Costco for 3 days. When we arrived we were given a letter and wrist bands about a BIG concert Wango Tango scheduled 5/10/25. The wrist bands were so we could get back into the hotel. We were SHOCKED. We should have been notified. We were also given a letter they were working on the HOT WATER that night but only during late hours and it should not affect us. We contacted Costco and thankfully they got us out of the 3 day contract so we planned to stay only 1 night. The room was OK, once again I was shocked because of the great reviews I read. The balcony was dirty, the drapes were so dirty I did not want to touch them. The next morning my husband went into the shower and quickly noticed the water was brown. Horrible. We could not take showers and quickly left the hotel after speaking to the manager. We have traveled all over the world in various types of hotels, but I have never seen such positive ratings for a Hotel that should be 3 stars at the most. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Spa Experience was poor

May 12, 2025 Marie K

Spa experience was lacking at best. The technician had no technique and the hours were so that we could not use the facilities as promised being they are only open 9am-6pm and we were there for a conference. Seems they could open at 7am. Far overpaid for a massage and no use of facilities and the massage was a 3/10 stars at best.

Always love this place. Walking distance to the beach over the bridge with chairs and towels. Avoid Watertable Restaurant. Recommend the little market for breakfast, beach snacks, wine/beer. Nice walk to downtown for lunch/dinner. We will be back.
