“August - "Summer Scream" Weekend - August 7, 8 & 9.”

This property is idea for its location at the Long Beach Convention Center with easy access and a short walk into the South Entrance. You'll enjoy the outdoor pool and spa, with a Art Deco old V.W. as a snack bar but there's no lifeguards. Downstairs in the Lobby is a self serve, snack area and a Bar which has a Great variety of Pizzas and plenty of seating. You'll like the rooms, looking out to the surrounding lagoon and views of the Long Beach harbor, there's a Microwave oven located next to the Ice Machine, right off the elevator area. In the rooms are small refrigerators, with (2) Free bottles of water, you'll like the automated shades to darken the room for sleeping. The Convention Center & Hotel have a pedestrian bridge with easy access to the many restaurants across the street & near the Aquarium. We stayed for 2 - days for the "Summer-Scream" convention in August and had great customer service starting with Valet (George & Mike). They explained the easy access & you can text them when you're ready to leave the hotel property. The baggage handlers were helpful checking in & out of the hotel plus they gave water bottle on a Hot weekend. At the Front Desk (CJ, & Zina) were very helpful with explanations of the property, the pool access, the Gym, and general information on any upgrades, you might need & the price of such upgrades which can be requested on the HYATT website prior to check in.

Very nice hotel and great location! we were right next to the convention center and a short walk from the ocean and lots of attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. they all went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. the beds are very comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. i would highly recommend staying here if you're in town for a convention or just on vacation.

We stayed at the Hyatt Long Beach for a convention. The hotel is very well designed, clean, and has wonderful views of Long Beach and the ocean. Highly recommended if you're staying in downtown Long Beach.
