“Excellent hotel but poor breakfast”

Stayed here for two nights whilst on a tour with Newmarket Holidays. Pleasant hotel in a good location. Rooms are clean and tidy and comfortable. Perfect for the tour. Only negative was breakfast. They seemed to struggle to look after everyone. When the food arrived it was not hot - cold hash brown is not for me thank you. Cross the road for breakfast at Denny’s would be my recommendation- but for a comfortable room the hotel does the job!

The hotel was amazing , newly remodeled and pool and jacuzzi was amazing . Family enjoyed the in house dining and Starbucks. Nikki was amazing in the front desk. She has great customer service skills and very sweet. She accommodated my family during our stay and that was greatly appreciated. We will definitely come back when visiting family down here again.

I had a great experience checking in thanks to Veronica at the front desk. After a long day of work, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and even asked how my day was. That small gesture went a long way and made me feel right at home. Because of her warm and professional service, I’ll definitely continue booking here instead of the Hilton down the street. Thank you so much for the upgrade, I really appreciate it. It made my stay even more enjoyable.
