Tommy and Jessica at front desk are superb and very helpful to locate right room for us and let us know regarding their services. Breakfast was ok but Diamond amenities were above average. I would definitely go back to their services. Location was another added advantage.

This hotel was so convenient to everything. It was across the street from a target and a Dollar tree. There are many restaurants (Denny’s, Subway, Starbucks, etc.) within walking distance. This hotel was so convenient to everything. It was across the street from a target and a Dollar tree. There are many restaurants (Denny’s, Subway, Starbucks, etc.) within walking distance. The hotel is down the street from Knott’s Berry Farm and many other businesses/activities. It is located just off the 91 ramp. A free shuttle took us to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure which was such a convenience. You just had to reserve your spots on the shuttle. There’s a gift shop and restaurant in the hotel. There is a lot of parking and it’s free. There’s also a fitness center. We had a room with 2 queen beds. There’s a mini fridge in the room but no microwave. The room was a sufficient size and was comfortable. There’s a nice outdoor area where the pool is located and it’s behind a locked fence accessible to hotel guests only. We enjoyed our time here. We typically stay at the Hilton. We decided to give Double Tree a try. We had a very poor experience for our stay. We requested towels and toilet paper because there was only one of each. We called twice on different occasions and they never brought them to our room. We had to use a tee shirt to dry ourselves after we got out of the shower.

Great service from Tommy Jessica and Veronica they where very helpful and made checking in very easy they where really nice had a good conversation with them they have great people skills they explained where was my room located and they had breakfast in the morning
