655 rooms, including 240 suites, on 17 floors in 2 buildings with 6 lifts. All with air-conditioning, 65" flat-screen TV with pay-per-view films, complimentary WiFi access, iHome™ docking station and alarm clock, mini-fridge, safe, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, Pharmacopia® bathroom amenities, and hairdryer.

Standard Rooms have 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are newly renovated, featuring either 1 king-size bed plus a sofa, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Kid's Suites feature a separate room for kids with bunk beds, and adjoining room with 1 king-size bed, 2 flatscreen TVs, microwave and mini-fridge, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 3 children.

1-Bedroom Suites feature a separate bedroom with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, and a living area with a sleeper sofa, 2 TVs (one 42" flat-screen), mini-fridge and microwave, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Executive Suites feature a spacious living area, large dining table, wet bar, and separate lounge with king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

VIP Family Suites are two bedroom, two bathroom suites, with 1 king-size bed in the primary bedroom, bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a separate living room with sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children. 

Two Bedroom Suites feature a primary bedroom with 1 king-size bed, and a second bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen size beds, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a microwave and fridge, sleeping maximum 8 people. 

DISNEYLAND® shuttle service* from the lobby ($6 per person per day,  children 3 & under are complimentary, payable locally, fee subject to change). Self-parking $28 plus tax per night and Valet parking $36 plus tax per night (fees payable locally, subject to change).

TusCA Restaurant (open for breakfast daily, serving Southern Californian favourites). OC Brewhouse (serving local microbrews and American dishes for dinner). iSwii (ice creams and sweet treats). Starbucks™ Coffee (open 6am-6pm). Citrus Grove Deli (on-the-go items from 11am-11pm).

2 outdoor heated pools (North Tower pool is adults only from 8-10pm). Whirlpool. 24-hour fitness centre. Very comfortable and convenient. The property and staff are always top notch. The benefits of the World of Hyatt program are a great plus. I was able to check in early and take advantage of the late checkout. When one is traveling this is always a much-appreciated benefit.

But, this room was so clean I walked through it twice because I couldn’t believe I couldn’t find one thing to critique. Staff I encountered all greeted with smiles and had friendly demeanors. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby too. The Hyatt Regency had a comfortable, relaxed feel and welcoming atmosphere. Which is a nice feeling when away from home. Read less

Great hotel with friendly staff! Fun for kids and comfy beds. We had a basic suite and it was perfect for our family of 4. Very convenient dining options and good pool and recreation area. Quiet, even with the hotel full. Shuttle was on time. Thank you!

Upon check-in, the television in our room was not working. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, and your technician Edgar assured me the problem would be resolved by Sunday, May 4, 2025. He also stated, as did the front desk staff, that any movies ordered during our stay would be complimentary due to the inconvenience. Soon after, we made a far more alarming discovery: blood stains on one of the beds, including the sheets, blanket, and wooden bed frame. We reported this immediately. Shockingly, it took nearly 24 hours to change the bedding, forcing me to share a bed with my 17-year-old daughter. On the morning of May 4, I followed up again in person. I was told I would receive 1,200 Hyatt points and that both the TV and the blood-stained bed would be addressed during the day. We left the room to allow staff to take care of the issues. When we returned after midnight, I was appalled to find the blood still on the bed frame—completely untouched. Adding insult to injury, I was charged for the movies that had been promised as complimentary due to the inconvenience. Read less
