“Knotts hotel - would go back.”

Very friendly, comfortable, convenient. Would def go back. The beds are a bit firm but comfy enough. The price was Gr8 - we did Summer Nights.

My husband and I booked this hotel for 5 nights to visit the parks. The hotel itself has had a refresh and very pleasant throughout. It's a park hotel. I wouldn't bother with breakfast its not very nice but if you want a quick option of coffee, juice and fruit it was ok for that and still cheaper than onsite Starbucks. The rest eggs, etc wasn't for us The room was clean and comfortable and cleaned daily. Now What let this hotel down for me was check out.... I am diabetic and need a fridge to store my medication. I asked to book a late check out and was told 3pm and I asked for an extra hour they said no pay for another night!! Fair enough I do understand but was slightly inflexible. The worst was that I have had to argue with 3 members of staff before a manager agreed to store my medication in a fridge. I was then told this was a one off if I returned they wouldn't do this and to be honest I found this incredibly rude and unhelpful. I never leave a bad review but I had a lovely week and now leaving annoyed and unwelcome by the reception staff

We booked a combo pack stay at the Knotts Hotel, after spending the day in the park we realized, some sandals we had in the room where not present. We brought the issue up to the hotel staff who then denied our complaints and claimed we were lying. When we tried to get recompence for the items taken from our room, they called the hotel security and argued rudely. The staff couldn't care less and worse accused us of lying about the situation. When we complained the intended to assault use with the hotel security staff.
