All with private balconies (offering views of the pool area, the cityscape, or Disneyland® Resor)t, renowned Sheraton Sweet Sleeper® Bed, air-conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities, 55" flat-screen TV with on-demand films and complimentary Disney and HBO channels, complimentary WiFi access, iron and ironing board, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, safe, and fridge with complimentary bottled water.

Standard Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults. Rollaway bed may be requested for rooms with 1 king-size bed only*.

“Great choice for Disneyland visit - fabulous staff”

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The back of house staff are fantastic, very clean rooms, good attitude from cleaners. Modern style, and nice large smart TV’s and WiFi. Very comfortable beds. A HUGE thanks to Tony & Frank in the maintenance team, I got myself in quite a pickle with a lost wallet which I thought I’d never get back. These guys came to the rescue and sorted it for me. I was and still am very grateful. It’s these little acts of kindness and ability to help when a problem arises, are a reason I would return and recommend to anyone over any other options. It would have been easy for them to say sorry we can’t help, but they didn’t. Great attitude from the staff and good culture. The pizza buffet located in main restaurant also deserves a mention. The pizza was of excellent quality, great variety, and a dessert pizza - fabulous. Good service by waitress. The location of this hotel is great as we walked each day to Disneyland as it’s 10-15 min walk. The walk means passing a 7eleven and CVS store to grab a cold drink for a fair price to and from park. The store located in the hotel (looks to be outsourced to another company?) doesn’t have any price labels on food snacks, so for me I won’t purchase without transparent pricing. I don’t see why in 2025 the items aren’t priced? That’s something I think should be addressed. Hotels are plentiful in Anaheim but I’ll stay here for sure again in the future. I like the staff, cleanliness, location and the style of rooms.

“Small rooms in a decent location.”

Location is decent. About a 15 min walk from the entrance to Disneyland. The rooms are tidy and decorated nicely, however they are SMALL. The hotel seems to cater to single occupancy conference attendees vs families of 4 who would greatly benefit from larger rooms. The staff was also quite rude and lied when there were inquiries for larger rooms - they have suites but refuse to offer them to families that may need them. While the hotel had full occupancy the day after we arrived, the allocation of rooms for families vs solo or double occupancy rooms was handled terribly during our stay. If staying for a conference, it's great. If staying for a family trip, I would not recommend. Pool was good for kids, the gym is sparse and was packed a couple of the mornings making it hard to use the equipment needed. All in all, I would have preferred to stay somewhere with larger rooms and better amenities closer to the parks.
