490 rooms on 13 floors in 1 building with 4 lifts, recently renovated in 2022. All with private balconies (offering views of the pool area, the cityscape, or Disneyland® Resor)t, renowned Sheraton Sweet Sleeper® Bed, air-conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities, 55" flat-screen TV with on-demand films and complimentary Disney and HBO channels, complimentary WiFi access, iron and ironing board, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, safe, and fridge with complimentary bottled water. 

Standard Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults. Rollaway bed may be requested for rooms with 1 king-size bed only*.

Standard Room with club benefits are located on higher floors, and are offered as bed and breakfast, with additional snacks available throughout the day. 2 x queen-size or 1 x king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Club room benefits:

  • Breakfast (6am-10am): continental breakfast. Coffee and tea, pre-packaged danish and tea breads, individual yoghurts, bread for toast, etc.
  • PM service (5pm-7pm): hot appetizers, two options with one vegetarian option.
  • All-day items: water (still and sparkling), coffee, decaf and tea, pretzels, chips, granola, pre-wrapped cookies, etc)

Scheduled shuttle to Disneyland Resort* and local shopping malls*. Discounted self-parking $18 plus tax per day (normally $25 per day) and valet parking $30 plus tax per day (payable locally, subject to change).

The hotel is nice if wanting close hotel to disney with average nice rooms and very comfy beds. Lobby, restaurant, grounds are nice and clean. Room are basic and nice ok in size with a balcony view of disney. Room are basic and nice ok in size with a balcony view of disney. Close to restaurants, subway, pizza place, walgreens across the street and short 10 min stroll to disney. Lots of people walking around at night back from the parks so the area felt very safe. The staff at this hotel are the rudest i have ever came across. Shockingly rude or just don't like Brits. Check in was rude room was not ready so told go back later but enjoy facilities. We asked what was around and was given shoulder shrugged!. Could not get into pool because we needed a key card. Went to the restaurant for breakfast... I asked 3 different staff for a hot tea which took 35 mins and then had to ask twice for top up of water! Breakfast was not the best and exspensive for what it was. No information given on area or shuttles to disney, breakfast times, pool times ect but thought when we went back to get room card we would ask then. Nope got no hello, politness , just a damand to see ID again and the cards threw across the desk. Didn't even tell us room number or floor or any hotel information. I had to research if they offerd free internet! If you are a member you do but if not it's $10 a day. Would of been nice to of been told. Cleaner of our room might awell of not botherd. She made the bed only didn't clean or hoover snywhere and was also rude, became argumentstive after asking her for some sugar. Went back to the restaurant for a second time and again got rude staff who just rudely starred. .The buffet food was been taken away 25 mins before ended, didn't come round to us offering refill coffee but did others , In the middle of eating breakfast a waiter came with our bill and asked us to settle it as his shift was over soon..( I presume this is so he gets the 20% added tip they automatcally add to your bill which apparently you have to pay can not have it removed ) really poor service in the restaurant and rude. A tip.is given for good service and should i of been given the choice i would not of tipped at all. Maybe if they didn't automatically get 20% tip they would work on there customer skills and learn some manners. Bell.boy was helpfull but no one els which really lets this hotel down. This property is NOT a 4 star!! It's a 3 STAR at best. The rooms were clean. It's in need of room makeover. It appears they may have renovated the lobby. Elevators are OLD and take forever. If there is a convention, forget an elite line or any type of acknowledgement. If you are going just to be close to the park...if you want a 4 star, go to… Read more

The front desk service was good but the help stole some medication from our room so, no I would not recommend this as a place to stay.

Really happy with our week long stay at the Sheraton park! My husband had a conference and my daughter and I tagged along to go to Disneyland. This hotel was booked through his conference for seven nights from Saturday to Saturday. Guest services were very helpful and brought our many bags up to our room for us. We were on the third floor and happy to find a clean room with great air conditioning. We run hot, so I was concerned, but we found that the AC worked great and the room temperature was very cool. My sister was joining us and we were hoping for connecting rooms but they said that we were unable to request that until we checked in as we weren’t under the same reservation. Unfortunately they weren’t able to accommodate our request at check in, however our rooms were close and only a couple rooms away from each other. They do have connecting rooms so this was disappointing that this wasn’t possible. In addition, my sister and my husband have gold status with Marriott and were not upgraded. I understand that this is based on availability, but just wanted to note this if any others are wondering if they will be upgraded. We did receive a room with only a shower which posed an issue as we have a toddler who is used to baths. We bathed her in my sister’s room with a tub for the first few nights and then requested to switch to a room with a tub which they were quick to accommodate. Housekeeping was good and replenished two water bottles per day. We did like that all rooms seem to have a balcony (although the ones on the far sides are only Juliette balconies). We also visited the pool which suited our needs, and had lunch at the pool bar. The Art bus is across the street but we chose to walk to the parks everyday. Even pushing a stroller, the walk was not bad at all. About 15 minute walk and just straight down the road. CVS is just at the corner which was very convenient for picking up snacks. I also did this walk by myself or just with my sister around 11 PM- midnight a few nights and this felt very safe. I would recommend staying here! Read less
