The staff here are everything. Check in was a lovely conversation, and any time I stopped at the desk no matter who it was they were friendly and helpful. The guys staffing the door always made a point to wish you a lovely day or evening. The bartender was friendly without being intrusive and made good recommendations on food. And then breakfast-I was tired and cranky and Anna’s genuine smile and service brightened my day and put a smile on my face. My room was very comfortable and clean, but it’s the customer service I would come back for. Didn’t feel like a chain hotel experience-I’d swear that everyone here takes personal pride in making your stay pleasant, and as a frequent business traveler that is just not always the case.
