I stayed at the Beverly Hills Marriott back in February 2025, and unfortunately was remiss in responding to a survey that I was emailed (which after a time expired). People are quick to complain about things, and slow to compliment, and I feel it prudent to post my positive thoughts of my stay. My stay was OUTSTANDING. Every aspect of my stay was a 10. The wonderful front desk staff were all fantastic from initial greeting at check-in, during every interaction during my stay, and including check-out. I found that ALL of the staff were exceptional - but the front desk team were 5 star+. I thought the restaurant was excellent. My room was VERY clean and comfortable. Valet service was great. Valet Parking was VERY efficient. I made good use of the workout room, and it met my needs well. I travel to Beverly Hills for both business & pleasure (my daughter/grandkids live only a couple of miles away) - and while booking an additional stay that is coming up in a couple of weeks - I realized that I had not shared my great pleasure of my February stay - which is why I am posting it now. In the past, my go-to hotel in Beverly Hills had been the Hilton - but I have now become a Marriott loyalist. GREAT JOB! THANKS!! Read less

I was here for work and I asked for nice room as I knew I would have to do work inside the room. They gave me ugliest and noisiest room in their inventory. It was located next to a building my view was the air-conditioning units on top of the adjacent building. Very noisy. Very ugly. I ask to change rooms but they would not. We recently wrapped up another extended stay at the Beverly Hills Marriott—27 nights in total this trip (22 nights, then an additional 5 a week later). I've been traveling a lot for work this year, and am fortunate that my wife is able to travel with me. I hold Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Status and together this year we've already logged 127 in bed nights at Marriott Hotels across the country. I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties in the area that fit my work budget and are located close—or sometimes I thought, at least reasonably close—to my project sites (including Sheraton Universal, W Los Angeles, The Burton House, and Hollywood Volume). However, the Beverly Hills Marriott has become my preferred choice for ongoing work in the area due to its consistently great price, rooms, services and staff. A few highlights about our Beverly Hills Marriott experiences: Room Layout & Comfort: The rooms are uniquely designed compared to other Marriott brands—no traditional desk or chair, but a round table, room width couch, and a somewhat narrow closet. While the room layout is more focused on leisure travelers, we found it comfortable for longer stays. The bathrooms are spacious, with plenty of storage and a large shower. Beds & Air Conditioning: The beds, bedding, and pillows are the best we’ve experienced at any Marriott hotel—so much so that we’re planning to replicate the setup at home. The air conditioning is powerful and consistent, easily keeping the room at a cool 64°F for a great night’s sleep. Suites & Upgrades: The property has a limited number of suites (about 10 total), some of which are occupied long-term. Suite upgrades and Nightly Upgrade Awards (NUAs) can be tough to secure, especially with many Ambassador and Titanium members staying here. That said, I was able to use 5 NUAs on our last 5 nights for a spacious King Suite on the 12th floor—complete with a wet bar and plenty of room to work. Most of our stays here are in a standard king room, often with a high-floor upgrade. Amenities: The M Club offers daily breakfast and evening service, with a rotating selection of food and complimentary beer and wine in the evenings. There’s also a daily lobby happy hour (4–5pm) that transitions to the lounge until just after 6pm. Dining: The on-site restaurant/bar has had a few chef and menu changes recently, but the food quality remains high. We often dined in or ordered takeout to the room, but there are also plenty of great local options within walking distance or available via Uber Eats and robot delivery. Factor’s Famous Deli is just steps away, and South Beverly Drive, Rodeo Drive, and Santa Monica Blvd. are all within a 10-minute walk. Staff: Service is consistently excellent across the board—from management (special thanks to Saif), to the front desk (Alessandro, Laura), M Club and restaurant teams (Angel, Daniel, Vas, Edwin), valet (Armando, Edwin, Angel), housekeeping, and security (Fernando, Taylor). Employee Recognition Week happened during our stay, and it was clear the staff is both valued and motivated. They truly make a difference. Rates & Value: I’ve always found competitive AAA, corporate, or long-term stay rates. For our 22-night stay, I was able to negotiate a 50% valet discount and a long-term rate that kept the total nightly cost (room, valet, taxes) at $306 per night. Ambassador status and repeat business have definitely helped with upgrades and perks. Our Bottom Line - The Beverly Hills Marriott checks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and value—even for extended stays. If you’re looking for a reliable, welcoming base in Beverly Hills, I highly recommend this property. It’s my top pick in the area, and I look forward to returning. Read less

Marriott beds are always comfortable, but at this hotel, the staff are excellent and very very helpful and friendly. Valet parking staff are especially nice and friendly. My car is always ready outside, always have bottled water in the car.

I've stayed at the BH Marriott several times and find it to be super comfortable. The hotel is clean and centrally located. It's a good value as well. I will return again next year!
