A Hollywood hangout with noteworthy neighbours, this LA bolthole’s just a block from the theme park heaven of Universal Studios, and just a subway trip from the star-studded sidewalk of Hollywood Boulevard. That hasn’t stopped Hilton Los Angeles Universal City coming up with a few extra treats of its own though – our favourite being FIVE on the Hill, where you can enjoy signature dishes and freshly-curated cocktails with Hollywood Hills in the background. Most make a beeline straight for Universal Studios – and, despite it being just around the corner, there’s a complimentary shuttle to save you walking (great for hot days!). And, while you’re there, you can also take in a movie, grab cocktails or craft beers, hit big-name shops, and dine at celeb-chef eateries in the neon lustre of Universal CityWalk.

Had a wonderful stay (as always) at the Universal Hilton! The customer service is outstanding and enjoyed the continental breakfast and Buffett. The view of Universal Studios is stunning and it’s walking distance to the park and the City Walk.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful when our room key wasn’t working. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job on a daily basis (we were there for 11 days), and when our daughter needed extra blankets, they didn’t hesitate to bring more to the room. Our Experience With the Hilton

My wife and I live in Los Angeles in the Hollywood Hills across the 101 freeway from Universal Studios and the Hilton. Due to the fires in L. A. Specifically the “Sunset Fire” we received an order to evacuate. The Hilton was a lifesaver for us. We had lost power at our house at 4:00 a.m. that morning so we were unaware of the extent of the damage until we turned on the TV news when we checked into the Hotel. Our home is fine and so are we. Thank you Hilton for your hospitality, our beautiful room and your excellent staff.

Music was amazing. The ambiance was great, everyone vibing to the music. The staff was super friendly. Our waiter Rosendo was the best! They sang happy birthday to me! You guys have to try the freshly made crepes! Amazing time! Thank you guys! By the way, Roger Espinoza the musician said he would know the song “Die With a Smile” next time we came.
