We recently stayed at The Hollywood Grande Autograph Collection in Los Angeles for our anniversary, and the experience exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — chic, modern, impeccably clean, and filled with top-tier amenities that made our stay feel truly luxurious.
What made the experience especially memorable was the incredible hospitality from the staff. Alyssa, Yasmin, and Jared went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated throughout our anniversary stay. They were warm, personable, attentive, and genuinely caring, and their service made a lasting impression on us. The entire staff created such a welcoming atmosphere that we immediately felt comfortable and valued as guests.
The location of the hotel is also perfect for exploring Los Angeles. Everything felt conveniently accessible, and the overall atmosphere of the property was stylish and vibrant without feeling overwhelming.
One of the highlights of our stay was visiting the rooftop restaurant and lounge. The cocktails were excellent, the ambiance was sophisticated and lively, and the views from the rooftop were absolutely stunning — especially in the evening. It really added something special to our anniversary trip.
Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. We stayed a couple of floors below the rooftop restaurant, which worked out well because the rooftop can get a bit lively and noisy at night, but overall the service, amenities, and overall experience were truly top-notch.
