All the staff, starting with Bridgette Joy, were so welcoming and friendly. The people make all the difference. The happy hour in the lobby was an unexpected treat.

From the moment we arrived at the Hollywood Grande, we knew we were in for an unforgettable stay. The service here is next-level. It started right at the front doors with Jarod the bellman, who welcomed us with incredible energy and hospitality. Then, Alyssa at the front desk was absolutely amazing—she was so accommodating with my room preferences and made our registration and check-in seamless, warm, and welcoming. We were there celebrating my 50th birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special. When we got to the room, I was surprised with a beautiful, delicious assortment of birthday macaroons and a sweet birthday card. It was such a thoughtful, classy touch! The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a very stylish, upscale atmosphere. But the absolute crown jewel is the Rooftop pool. It is amazing! Between the pool, the rooftop bar, and the nightclub up there, the vibes are unmatched. On top of everything, the location is perfect. It is close to absolutely everything and entirely walking distance to great spots. We had the best time and are already planning our next trip. We are definitely coming back!
