Great Hotel with a lot of food options near, many things to do for all ages in the area. Queen Mary Decor was great, learn a little history during the stay
Clean, comfortable, well appointed room.

This is an excellent hotel. I stayed for three nights, whilst on a business trip in the Long Beach area. Check in was done in advance, via an emailed link. Therefore, check-in at the hotel was a seamless and quick affair. My room was ready for me by 3.00pm, instead of the advertised 4.00pm and I was safely tucked up in my room within minutes of my arrival. Staff at the front desk were super polite and professional.
The room on the 4th floor was everything you could want from a hotel room. Immaculately clean, spacious, a nice coffee machine in the room, with a selection of pods. A large TV, an apple iPhone MagSafe charger on the desk next to the bed, copious amounts of USB and plug sockets within easy reach of the bed.
The bathroom was immaculately clean, with a large walk-in shower, with good temperature and pressure. A nice selection of toiletries were also present in the room. The air conditioner was a little noisy when it kicked it, but was easy enough to turn on and off. The bed was large, immaculately clean and comfortable and a good night's sleep each night ensued.
The small cafe bar in reception was a good place to grab a bite for breakfast, with a nice selection of pastries, coffee options, fruit bowls and other things to purchase. Prices were reasonable and service good.
Every staff member I encountered was polite, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The area of the hotel is good, with lots of restaurants close by, nestled in amongst the shops and restaurants of The Pike.
Very happy with the stay, the pricing was reasonable and the room was exceptional for a short stay. Will be back next time I'm in the area.

Rooms are nice, roomy. Liked the smaller property in the middle of shops, restaurants, aquarium and Long beach convention center. All walkable. Single older lady felt very comfortable walking between convention center, shops, restaurants i evening. Don't miss the aquarium of the pacific... world class!

We stayed here before embarking a cruise in San Pedro. It was easy to get an Uber to the cruise port. We enjoyed walking around in the morning and had a great stay. Loved seeing the lit-up features at night! Great location for exploring Long Beach and the shoreline.
