The overall experience was terrible when you get there there's no place to park. You can offload your car. They won't valet the car and there's no indication on the website that there's no valet. It was really noisy. The overall hotel staff was friendly, but the conditions of the hotel do not make for a admirable stay.

We recently enjoyed a three night stay here prior to joining a cruise.
Check in was quick and easy, our room wasn’t quite ready so we were provided with a F&B credit so we could enjoy a drink while waiting, which was a nice touch, the room was actually ready before we’d even finished our drink.

Check in was quick and easy, our room wasn’t quite ready so we were provided with a F&B credit so we could enjoy a drink while waiting, which was a nice touch, the room was actually ready before we’d even finished our drink.
Our room was a King Deluxe located at the front of the hotel on the third floor. The room was very clean and very spacious, big sofa, lots of storage, good size bathroom, with a huge shower. Only negative was a little street noise with being at the front and low floor. Ok mid week but would be best avoided on a weekend.
Every member of staff we spoke to was very friendly, approachable and professional.
Facilities are a little lacking, basically a one stop shop operating as a cafe/shop/restaurant/bar. It kinda worked but not having a bar before 4pm isn’t great when on vacation.
The hotel has a lovely roof top pool, it seems to have a bit of a split personality though. We arrived on a Sunday when it was full on party pool with DJ, bar and a real atmosphere. It seemed to be overrun with non-hotel guests. Come Monday it was deserted, which is nice for some vacation R’n’R but maybe you could still have some background music and some iced water. The bar is closed all week so if you want a drink you have to go to the market… in the lobby…. In your swimwear… not great! As a side note, the hotel sell day passes for the pool, which attract a certain type… with their own speakers. Not cool, the hotel seriously need to ban personal speakers by the pool. Easily resolved by just having the hotel play music.
Location is great, we didn’t bother with a car and if you are happy with a 20 minute of less walk there’s loads of places within reach.
Would I stay again - mid week yes!

While it has some good points, location being primary, it's expensive and didn't meet our expectations. We'll be looking for alternatives for our next trip.
