The room had an awkward entrance. Something kept clicking all night long, we thought someone was trying to get into our room. The partial bay view on a high floor was nice. I had a great stay. The bed was comfortable and the TV was huge. The shower had good pressure and the right water temperature. The room and hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The modern amenities and furniture was also enjoyable. I also appreciated the 4 very fast elevators.

I loved the room view on the first floor and the fact that the room was equipped with black out shades or sheer shades. Very comfortable bed and bedding. The outside amenities were also on point nightly fires loved the atmosphere and staff hospitality!!

We were on the top floor with an ocean view; our bellman was so friendly and so helpful; he was a joy to be around; the hotel is centrally located in beautiful downtown Long Beach, and it is very easy to get around all of the shops and restaurants in the city.
