This hotel was great! The location was perfect. Its about 30 min drive from the airport with traffic. So many shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk of this hotel. Santa Monica Pier was about a 7-minute walk. Downtown Santa Monica was only a 9-minute walk. Tracy at the front desk was awesome. She was so friendly and helpful. She was able to get us checked in early and quickly. This trip was to celebrate my partner's birthday, and she must have overheard us chatting. She took the time to wish him a happy birthday. Small things like that go a long way. Also, a big shout-out to Hugo. He recommended a fantastic L.A. city tour. We loved it. He was also very helpful getting us settled in our room and recommended things to do nearby.

Exceptional service delivered by the restaurant, bar and pool service team. Atilano, and Elmer were the best! Took great care of my family and I for the weekend.

Was great. Very close to the beach and Cha Cha chicken. Went for a run everyday. Used the free bike rentals everyday too. Good coffee in the lobby. Nice gym. Good WiFi. Will come back soon! Near Venice as well. 5 stars.

Have to rate Hyatt Centric Delfina Santa Monica 5 out 5. It’s very close to the beach, promenade, bars, restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff was great, Specially Ana and Darius at the front desk. Thanks for a great experience guys
