Great choice! Clean rooms with friendly staff. Nice pool area, salt water also heated. Had the pleasure of meeting Atilano…each day he went above and beyond to make each dining experience special. Wonderful personality and service! Our business trip didn’t feel so much like business. Very much look forward to returning.

The hotel itself was nice but that is not the problem. All the homeless and crazy people outside make it not safe for a family to be able to walk around and enjoy. Too bad because Santa Monica used to be nice before all the liberal policies destroyed it.

Authentic Hotel design , great location, awesome staff friendly and Sergio at the front desk went beyond helping us. All locations suggested were within 20min drive or walk, very worthy, the entire family enjoy, Ocean view room was awesome.

Nice atmosphere, beautiful room and the bed slept so good very comfortable. The pillows was very soft and the bathroom was clean. I believe most rooms have a balcony mind was nice was able to see the beach. They also have valet parking it was included with the stay.

The hotel is very well kept and clean. Staff is very friendly towards visitors. Breakfast is tasty and prepared nicely. A big shout out to Hugo, the concierge, for showing us the hot spots to visit in Los Angeles. Hugo was very friendly and looked after us great!
