Dinner at Ardor was delicious (highly recommend the chicken) and breakfast at Rooftop was very well done too. You can tell they use quality, fresh ingredients in everything they prepare. One tip. For less traffic noise, ask for room opposite sunset (although the views over Sunset are spectacular). Overall an excellent experience, will return again.

Disastrous experience - avoid at all cost

Disastrous experience. We were left to carry our own bags, turndown service is non existent, and staff at the reception is both arrogant and incompetent. Rooms are super noisy and very basic. Avoid at all cost.

Had a great trip at the West Hollywood edition, which continues to innovate. The menus for all of the restaurants have been passionately updated. The hotel continues to have good upkeep and the service remain strong. You can’t beat these views of West Hollywood and Los Angeles. Suggest people stay here for some good Hollywood experience.

The simple decor calms you
