“Check in”

Kiyomi was very helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to check me in. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

“Exceptional staff”

Aug 30, 2026Getaway13460892124

Had a wonderful stay at the Valorian Hotel due in large to the excellent staff! Bonnie and Isabella went above and beyond at the front desk. Concierge Jason gave excellent advice tailored to our group’s needs. Brandon, Erik and Heath helped us move suitcases and boxes from room to room and assisted in our check out. White Rabbit staff made excellent drinks and delivered exceptional service— from GM Mark, bartenders John, Frankie, Dax, Cat, and Jaimes plus servers Frankie and Caroline to food runner Brandon and bar-backs Jorge, Jose and Q— everyone beyond delivered! Thank you all!

“Great luggage/room service, luxurious & quiet rooms”

Aug 25, 2026Phoebe K

The room was beautiful and clean, and amazingly quiet despite the nearby partying down the street. The bellhops (Brandon and Ian) were incredibly helpful and friendly, and housekeeping was incredibly responsive and kind. We really appreciated their service!
