I had many questions about local attractions and amenities and she went above and beyond to provide detailed answers, ensuring I felt confident exploring the area. We recently stayed here during a family vacation to the area. We stayed on the 7th floor in a king suite. The room was clean and comfortable. The view out the window was of the gondola which wasnt running. Parking is underground which would be good in winter. A little pricey but not many options in the area
