Beautiful hotel, very clean and impressive service. The staff are remarkably well trained and willing to assist in any way to elevate the experience. Many gluten free options and the staff is extremely accommodating. It’s difficult to mention just one associate because everyone was above and beyond.

Upon checking in the room had no soap or lotion to request in a crib upon making a reservation in at 10 o’clock at night and still no crib my second room housekeeping open the door with the do not disturb sign on at 10 am and stated that the room was supposed to be vacant. We had a package that we purchased upon checkout we wanted to make sure we got the resort credit and they stated that it wasn’t eligible and which made me feel like it was false advertising and what was offered in the package. Very disappointed I won’t be returning.

A, the room had a musty odor. It helped to open the balcony window in winter and run the exhaust fan .
B. The prices for cash bar beverages was out of line too expensive.
C. The staff was great....
A proper survey does not require a minimum character limit..

Had dinner at olive and hay. Eunice was our server and she was great. She let us know suggestions of what we should consider in terms of ordering and kept us up to date on how long it would take for our meal to be ready. Food is as good. Highly recommend Olive and Hay!

The room was very nice, loved the view from the balcony. There are a ton of amenities and nearby shops. Dakota was especially friendly and helpful during our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we got our luggage up to our room and had everything we needed.
Convenient location with exceptional service.
