“Fantastic value for money”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch from check-in to departure—the staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The standout feature for me was the value added through their amenities; having both golf access and bike rentals included in the stay is a rare and major plus. It made exploring the area and staying active effortless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless, high-quality experience.

The rooms are extremely dated with thin walls and 0 blankets. There is also no air flow in the room. Throughout my stay I had to switch between heat and AC to get any sort of air flow -- but had to be careful as there were no blankets in the room, just a weird top sheet. The bathroom in my room also had not been properly cleaned. There were two very large hairs in my shower upon arrival. It was gross. Also the room was incredibly dark and some of the lightbulbs were not working.

We have been going to the Newport Hyatt for 20 years. We are never disappointed. The total experience is breathtaking and magical. There are so many things to do if you choose as well as just relax in the beach air.
