“Great hotel”

Great hotel, staff were all really helpful. Check-in and Check-out was all super easy and quick. We were told the hotel was busy and almost at full capacity, but it didnt feel like it. It felt quiet and very relaxed. Nice choice of 3 pools, all of which had plenty of space. Food was nice, and the service from all the staff was great. Location is a bit remote, you need a car if you want to go to any of the nearby areas, nothing really within walking distance. We had a car so not a problem visiting newport pier, balboa, huntington etc. Would highly recommend.

I called the front desk to ask a question and clarify something on a personal situation that occurred and the manager named Ben took over and quickly was able to help me figure everything out and I appreciate how he called me back pretty fast after he resolved the situation, would definitely look into this hotel for a future trip!

I would highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation or business meeting. I stayed with them for a work trip and as the coordinator I got to work closely with various members of the staff all of which provided excellent service and were extremely accommodating and helpful. I look forward to staying with them next time I am in California. If you are looking for a hotel that's clean, hospitable and worth their value look no further!
