“Nice place, would stay again!”

Great experience here, loved the grounds, amenities. Pickleball courts were such a bonus, and the hotel is in great location. Parking is unit pricey at $40 a day, but that’s what most of the hotels charge.

No hot water in showers, the handle to my shower snapped off my second day. The front door that leads straight outside had no seal around the door jam at all, which made the room cold the entire week I stayed. I was given a handicapped room and told it was the only one available. I am not handicapped and I saw several empty rooms next to mine, house keeping leaves shades open, very easy to see which rooms have no occupants.

The location is great, close to everything in New Port Beach area. The grounds are nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful! The food in the restaurant was also solid/good - breakfast and lunch. I am giving it three stars simply because the room itself leaves a lot to be desired. For a business trip it was fine, but if I went to New Port on a family vacation I would have been upset. I get the feeling that instead of updating the rooms they decided to simply market the property for conventions. It's great for that, but if you are going on vacation perhaps one of the nicer resorts in the area.
