This hotel was not a pleasant experience, and I did not feel safe so I checked out after one night and moved to another hotel. Staff at the front desk were lovely, and you can park your car close to your room. There are many gates leading from the street into the hotel and while I was there they were regularly propped open or not completely closed so you didn't need a key to access. The room had a really bad smell. I had to air it out by leaving the balcony and front door open for about an hour. The air conditioning was really loud - and I think the source of the smell - so I left it switched off. The balcony is shared. There are privacy screens but they finish about a foot from the actual balcony, so you could walk the entire length of the balcony if you wanted. The bed is comfortable. The wallpaper is nice. The walls are paper thin. I could hear every detail of what was happening in the next room and they kept waking me up as their 'guests' came and went until the early hours. There had been lots of kids and families in the pool and I hope they didn't have to hear all the details I heard. I had paid for two nights but checked out after one. Regardless, the hotel charged me two days worth of resort fee. Read less
