“Great stay !”

We stayed at the renaissance hotel for a 4 night stay during coachella. The hotel is lovely! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and modern. The rooms were very comfortable and we slept very well during our stay. The location of the hotel is great, it takes a couple of minutes to walk to the shops of Palm Springs , lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Additionally the coachella shuttle was across the road. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel!

What an absolute welcoming experience. Arrived without a reservation from Tracy CA. This was our choice for the half way point to Phoenix Arizona. The welcoming we got was amazing. Not only did we get a room for the night, we were able to get upgraded with our friends that were about 30 mins behind us. There’s not enough space to say how grateful we are of Linette and how amazing her customer service is. Extremely grateful there are people who still know how to represent what customer service experiences should be.

“Scam charge for “smoking””

Warning - hotel smoking in the room scam I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and was surprised with a $500 fee for “smoking” on the room. I don’t smoke. I asked about it and even spoke with a manager and they said they have sensors on the rooms that are 100% reliable. They would not listen and even a manager refused to check the room for signs of smoking. Be warned and use caution before booking this place.
