“A GREAT STAY FOR THE PRICE!”

First time visiting Palm Springs. I always think it's best to start with a recognizable brand when you don't know the area. The hotel location is great, the rooms sizable, beds comfortable, the pool area-chefs kiss! The customer service was super. Our toilet barely flushed, sink didn't drain well (kinda gross when brushing your teeth) the elevators look worn... the property overall could use a bit of renovations. For the price and location I would stay here again. It's very walkable. Large property. Coffee in the lobby is only served until 10:30am. As an all day coffee drinker, this was a miss for me. The bar, clean and good cocktails. The lobby smells amazing.

We had the BEST time staying at this hotel — honestly, it made our first trip to Palm Springs so special! From the second we arrived, we felt totally welcomed and looked after, we want to give a huge thanks to the incredible receptionist Keesha. She was just brilliant — so friendly, kind, and genuinely excited to help us. She took the time to give us great recommendations on where to go, what to see, and the best spots to check out around Palm Springs. You could really tell she loves her job and wants guests to have an amazing experience, and she absolutely made our stay better because of it. The room was great, beds were super comfy and pool area was fantastic. Don’t stay anywhere else! Trust me! I would recommend a pool view room- lovely with the mountains in the background as well. Huge shout-out too to Lynette and Ferne, who were also super lovely, helpful, and made us feel right at home when we passed through reception. The hotel itself was gorgeous, chilled, and in a perfect location — but honestly, the staff are what made it truly unforgettable. If you’re staying here, you’re in brilliant hands. It was our first time in Palm Springs and we will be returning to this hotel definitely! Thank you- great value for what you pay.

The hotel is nice and it has good rooms and a great swimming pool, and great beds, the rooms are good great service and right by the venue for the cheer comp, veiws are nice the people here are amazing and so sweet.
