“Exceptional 5-Star Stay! The absolute best customer service out of 25 hotels!”

My family and I stayed at The Westin Desert Willow Villas from August 13 to August 20, and we have absolutely zero complaints. It was a flawless, wonderful experience from start to finish, but what made it unforgettable was the customer service. A special shootout goes to the front desk agent, Jessica. She was extraordinarily kind and went completely above and beyond. On every single day that she was working, she personally called our room just to check on us and make sure our stay was going perfectly. To put this into perspective, I/ we have stayed at 25 different hotels since June21st, and I have not had a single hospitality experience that matches the care and attention Jessica showed us. We also want to recognize Gigi at the front desk, who was equally kind and welcoming. As a beautiful parting gesture, she gifted us a bag of nuts for our journey. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, but it is outstanding staff members like Jessica and Gigi who elevate a stay into something truly special. We will absolutely be returning, and we cannot recommend this resort highly enough!

Staff is more interested in taking care of their own race than anyone else. I hate to make this racial but damn it was so obvious it was awful. Carlos said the pool bar was just terrible.
