“Ok resort. But Run from sales pitch.”

Rude sales pitch ! Owners 7 years here, attended owner sales presentation / update & the sales lady (Ms. Rhodes?) was incredibly rude & condescending! Sorry we aren't buying more time share points & spending more on maintenance fees!! Wish we didn't buy timeshare here since you can rent any of the units for reasonable cost without annual fees!! Don't buy timeshare here!! Property needs updating - location good for golfers. Kitchen & washer & dryer big plus in units. Front desk staff nice. But Run from sales pitch. Not worth the gift card and 90 minutes of terrible sales pitch by inept sales people who bully you or so miserable in their jobs!!

The Westin Desert Willow is a great Westin/Marriott Vacation Club resort. The service is impeccable. Everyone in the front desk, housekeeping etc. helping via their text service was on point. They’re very knowledgeable and seldom requires repeating requests. Shout out to Breanna at the concierge for helping cross hurdle if expiring StarOption points to redeemable gift certificate at the resort and Alina for helping during the onset of the stay. I even attended the managers update for owners and was very impressed. The room is very accessible, pull out sofa, elevator and great view via the balcony. All in all a very pleasant and relaxed 1 week stay. Will definitely come again. The pools (about 5-6) including a quiet pool is recently resurfaced and kept very clean. Associates check the inventory of towels etc. very regularly.

Very clean and beautiful grounds with super friendly staff, and fun events around the holidays. Good wine selection, and many pool options. Kids enjoyed the teen center.
