Great property. We liked the staff and found them generally helpful. But it is overpriced for the level of service you receive. We got there early and waited for our room. We had requested an early check-in but knew it was a gamble. I kept checking with the front desk and they assured me they would call when the room was ready. So I left them alone. Finally went back when it was well past the time our room should have been ready (check-in is at 4) and they said the room was ready. And said they hadn’t called because they were short-staffed. Valet took my car but didn’t charge it. These were minor things but just not what I expect for $800/night.
