The resort itself is amazing. My issue is ADA. I specifically requested a walk in shower (no tub) and they did accommodate. I am staying in the Soledad building on the 3rd floor. The issue is, I am able to move around with a cane however I get very fatigued and also use a scooter. The room, I was told needed to be in this building because it has… Read more

The issue is, I am able to move around with a cane however I get very fatigued and also use a scooter. The room, I was told needed to be in this building because it has an elevator. Well the building itself does not have any ADA buttons to open the doors to get in or out of the building, so if you are in a scooter you need someone to open the doors for you. What a pain! I chose to stay behind while my family enjoyed the zoo and because of the inability to enter and exit on my own I was pretty much confined to my room. For the price we paid I’m sure this hotel can afford ADA doors. Read less

You can soak up the sun by the pool, enjoy beautiful waterfront views, or take a stroll along the beach. They have water activities, spa treatments & even pickleball! The dining options are delicious. Try the beer battered fish tacos! My visit was for a business trip, they have a stunning conference center that’s close to the gorgeous pool. We had several different dining experiences all around the property and every day was a different and unique experience curated by the team here. The best way to describe it is a mix of business & pleasure but it’s great for any traveler. Highly recommend! Read less

We stayed in the water villas on the beach. Lovely. Could watch the fireworks at Sea World each night from our porch. Pool is awesome. Beach clean and no crowds. Sometimes we were the only ones there. Sometimes a couple of people were playing beach volleyball. Excellent stay!

And at night time we got to watch the fireworks from sea world. We had a blast using the pickleball courts for some healthy competition and the kids loved roasting marshmallows on the sand. It was also a short walk to a wonderful new playground overlooking the water. The rooms were clean and a good size. I loved that they gave you plenty of storage space (I travel with a lot of stuff for the kids) Read less
