We were really impressed with the service level at this hotel. Everyone we encountered, from check in, the the breakfast staff, to the concierge, were really happy to serve and great at their job. The breakfast buffet was mind blowing and exceeded our expectations! Our room was showing a hint of age, but the important things such as the HVAC and bathroom/shower, were all fully serviceable and enjoyable. The fitness facility is equipped with really high quality equipment and was a pleasure to use. We can't wait to return!!

Enjoyed the hotel. The location was near to everything on Fisherman’s Wharf. The breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of choices. Hotel staff were helpful.

Horrible customer service, the staff was mean and my family felt like a burden during this stay! The flexibility was non existent and the hotel was old! The people who worked at the breakfast was mad and made the guest feel unwelcome! Would not recommend this hotell to anyone!

Great value and location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very organised on reception which was appreciated, as we were on a late flight and did not arrive until almost midnight. But no problems. My only disappointment was with the room and the noise from above when anybody walked across the floor. We were on the third floor (room 3512) and i don’t think the people above were particularly noisy but it sounded like we had an old squeaky Floor between us. This was odd because it is a modern hotel. The result was we were woken when our neighbours started moving in the morning, but not their fault!
