The hotel’s relaxed and friendly vibe is ideal after a day’s dim sum dining, cable car riding and selfie snapping. Your room is suitably airy and comfortable, you can kick back on the sun terrace by the outdoor heated pool, and, perhaps our favourite part, you can hangout by a crackling fire pit in the outdoor living area.

Fantastic stay clean rooms staff friendly and helpful central to everything you would want to visit breakfast was really nice would stay there again I have recommended it to friends going in October 25

Overall hotel was good, only issue was Jasmin C in the bar, very rude and not very friendly, other bar staff where fine

Absolutely awful. Room wasn’t ready an hour and a half after promised, even after we were told “just 15 more min.” Check in line was more than 30 min. And we had to wait three times since room wasn’t ready twice (after 3 pm). Room had no tv remote - we had to wait for one to be brought to us. Very noisy street level room. People smoking pot in the hallways so the entire corridor smells.
