They charge guests ridiculous amount of handling fees for letters and package deliveries, while other hotels don’t. Can you imagine having to pay $5 for receiving a letter?

This hotel is one of our favorites. We've been staying there for many years and we'll continue to do so! It is convenient to restaurants, shops, things of interest and is in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, well prepared and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and we've never been disappointed.

Great stay. Service and amenities exceeded expectations, while in-hotel prices did not. They even had a nice mini-fridge that was free to use, a rarity in nice hotels these days. Tone of staff was great, not snooty but very accommodating and friendly. It was a great experience overall.

Excellent room with view of Neiman Marcus. Lot of great shopping in area..... walked 4 miles to see what retailers and restaurants in area. Room was very clean with fluffy pillows. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Employees very friendly and helpful

Good location, nice decor, great view of city from fitness center, close to china town and union square shopping. Felt safe, but don’t wander too many blocks in the wrong direction.
