Nice and helpful staffs, particularly Jes and Lyca at the desk. Super helpful with giving tips and directions. Made our stay more convenient. Very close to moscone center and grocery stores. Great rooms and very comfortable bed.

First time staying here and we were greeted by Lyka at frontdesk during check in and out. They definitely have great staffs here and great amenities. We had so much fun playing pool table next to there bar area which had happyhours. We also was given super nice room. This for sure will not be the last that we will stay here

Very comfortable and clean beds. The ladies Lyka and Jesille at the lobby were very helpful, as well. Such nice staffs and nice hotel lobby. Very good view from our room.

Good matras, they ask a SFO what is not every were in Amerika. You pay €123,60 extra for 2 nights. It was a big surprise for us.
