Close to BART, bus and trolly stops, cable car turnaround, union square, SF center shopping mall, and many restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

My partner & I had an amazing experience at Hotel Zetta. We arrived very tired after a long weekend celebrating a friend’s wedding & were instantly catered to by Rico. He was so welcoming & had a comforting presence. The hotel room was spacious & pristine. Excellent service & amenities. We will be booking again with Hotel Zetta in the future!

Not worth the money or hype. They don't mention if you have Food and beverage credit and a mandatory fee - I'm not sure what it's for, as there are no extra services or amenities that you don't see in a hotel
