Wanderlust Suites are corner suites with two 55" flat-screen HDTV's and a SONY stereo system with a queen sofabed and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

I booked hotel zoe for my partners 50th. I contacted them a few times before arrival to arrange birthday celebrations as a surprise.
Sadly I didnt hear back anything regarding my requests.
On arrival they were helpful with an upgrade of my room and i requested the whole cost to go onto my credit card not my partners as we used this to simple hold the room through booking.com.
Sadly they only rebooted for 3 days and not 4 so on the 4th day we couldn't get into our room. This issue was resolved with what id say a quite rude receptionist and they had to take another deposit to book the room.
On return from our holiday and checking our holiday spending on both credit cards we noticed that the hotel had taken payments from both credit cards.
I tried contacting the hotel via their complaints contact page and email and again had no reply.
I next went through booking.com who told me I'd get the refund within 7 to 10 working days with an email to confirm after sending copies of both CC. 6 weeks later I am still waiting a refund and booking.com keeping cutting me off mid conversation.
I've tried contacting Hotel Zoe again, but not response.
Terrible customer service by both parties.
Will now have to take the complaint further to a third party.
