Had an amazing stay. Everything was great. Lyka & jeselle was very helpful especially during check out. They both were cooperative in retrieving my lost bag by helping me find it. I will definitely go back again. Thanks Zetta!

I regularly stay here when I travel for work. Front desk is always friendly. Lyka in particular was kind enough to find a room in a quieter area as I get up early for work. Really appreciated the good night sleep.

Great service, great staff, really cool hotel. Enjoyed my stay. Was here for one night and extended to 5 nights. Staff members Charm and Rico were exceptional, as were all the staff that assisted us during our stay. Highly Recommended. Five Stars.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Zetta. The room was spacious and well set up. The bed was super comfortable and the lighting was great - both the option of bright light for reading and dim light for ambiance. There were ample outlets for charging and wall plugs. We asked for and got an Ily expresso maker for our morning coffee. The staff were always helpful. Location was great! Close to BART, bus and trolly stops, cable car turnaround, union square, SF center shopping mall, and many restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. Read less
