There are a lot of places within walking distance to eat at. My only con: I do not recommend the restaurant attached to the hotel as the gentleman in charge was less than welcoming upon our entry into the restaurant. If you decide to eat there be sure you are dressed in business attire. Hotel is beautiful and staff in the hotel were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Read less

Very artsy hotel. Lobby was very well designed. Room is also okay. Just no view. Main doors were securely locked. Lyka who checked me in was very nice. The gentleman next to her wasn’t. She introduced him during check in, smiled a little and quickly went back to his computer which was a little off. And whoever the front desk is tonight, is not too friendly, too. It’s like i asked something and only got one word as an answer. Not sure if they even love their job and what they do but they definitely lack hospitality. Maybe hire more better people at front. I loved the service at the front desk! Specially Lyka! She is the best! I got early to the hotel (before check-in time) but she offered me a room that was ready, then I got to the room, did not like the view (facing a dark alley) and asked her if another was available, she accepted, though the room was not ready. So I went out , and 1 hour later… Read more

We only stayed for 1 night at beginning of our holiday and were due to return at the end but decided not to go back for the following reasons:- - Restaurant closed upon evening check-in - Front door locked and we had to attract attention of the 1 staff member in reception area. - No tea/coffee making facilities in room, poor condition room, windows so dirty you could hardly see out of them. - High charges for parking and practically non existent amenities Overall we found the hotel staff unfriendly/unhelpful and it was probably one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in. Unsurprisingly we decide not to return later in our trip. We are at a loss as to how this hotel ever seems to get a good review Read less
