The lobby is so well decorated. Check in with Lyka was fast. She was extremely nice and has a very welcoming personality. Service at the restaurant was also great. My room just had a small issue because it had no window and it was too dark. But, overall, it was a great stay.

Lovely hotel and staff. Rooms are okay, they have a unique lobby with plinko on the wall and a pool table, and more fun stuff to do on the second floor. Charm at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, she gave a good reccomendations for late night snack. They also have complimentary breakfast on the weekends. Located in the middle of San Francisco, very convenient. Stayed here for 2 days and it was great, I nvited my friends so we can enjoy the playroom., and it was so much fun. The rooms were small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice too, Charmaine at the front was very friendly and helpful. Overall stay was great.

Very nice, safe and friendly staff especially Lyka at the front desk. Also appreciate the closeness to the Moscone convention center. Bed is comfortable and clean. There's a water bottle filler on every floor which is also very convenient.
