Hotel staff were very friendly. Location is central and in a nice part of town. The hotel itself overall was good. Lifts were broken a lot of the time, but it’s not enough to overshadow the hotel.
Visited from uk.
Very nice, 4-star boutique hotel with modern amenities. Great location on Nob Hill and access to sights.

Great location, great staff, comfortable and satisfying. Located right near the Powell cable car route. It is not a resort, but rather is a nice 4-star boutique hotel. Great breakfast, although pricey. The only issues were that a few elevators were not working, so we used staff elevators to get to the 6th floor (not a major issue) and there was no closet, so you have to use hangers on a hanging rack in the room. Adequate fitness facility, although a few more machines for a more comprehensive workout would be nice. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

No lifts working!!! Poor form

Stayed here for 3 nights in June. First day one of the guest lifts was working and after that we could only use the service lift. Being on the top floor was a long wait. If there was ever a fire or emergency this hotel would be in a lot of trouble.
Get your lifts fixed asap especially the price you charge for rooms. This review would have been 3…

The on-site restaurant is fantastic — elegant, stylish, and the food is delicious. Breakfasts were large, flavorful portions that kept me full and happy for hours. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is both vibrant and cozy, and what truly stood out was the incredibly kind and welcoming staff. Everyone I met was helpful and warm.
This hotel combines comfort, location, and style in the best possible way. I can’t wait to come back!
