“Vintage hotel brought back to life”

Beautiful hotel! Absolutely stunning. My room on the 10th floor was small but cozy, reminded me of similar rooms in the UK & NYC. The color scheme is chic and classic. Comfortable bed and linens. Huge tv, coffee maker worked. Minor gripes: no fridge for my coffee milk, no ice bucket or luggage rack. No contact from the guest services email I sent 4 days before my arrival asking for early check-in so I could attend a meeting at 2pm though I was able to make it happen. Check-in was chilly, I’ve had better greetings at a Starbucks. Maybe she was having a bad day. Breakfast was great-good coffee! Dining manager was welcoming and accommodating. All in all, I loved my stay and am anxious to return.

Amazing hotel! Great location. No car needed because you are in the middle of everything and can walk anywhere. Starlite bar is phenomenal. One of the most popular bars in town with a great beverage program and delicious food. We walked around town and visited many other bars and restaurants, but we kept coming back to the hotel for more. We were also lucky enough to join them during their pop-up drag brunch and that was super fun. They hosted a rockstar chef who created a curated wonderful menu for the occasion. This place has it all! Can't wait to go back.

Great historic hotel. Recommend for any business stays in downtown as it is only a 15 minute walk to Market Street and Moscone Center.
