The hotel has a great location, and the view from the gym on the 35th floor, and the viewing deck on the 36th floor are amazing. The Prime Rib Bolognese at the restaurant was very good, and the bartender made a great Uncle Nearest Old Fashioned.

They have remodeled where there are nice laminate floors and electric blinds, two full bathrooms, great pillows, wonderful high floor view, fabulous sheets, and excellently comfortable bed. When I stayed, the club lounge was closed, and so they have breakfast down at the buffet on the mezzanine level. Their options are basic, but the service was excellent and the coffee was really delicious. Read less

Hotel room was clean although bathtub seemed to be ‘spongy’ under foot in some areas (as if the laminate was separating). Maybe the quality led to early age… Read more

No room service. No minibar with water or anything. Restaurant is only open a few hours a day. Most restaurants around the hotel are closed. Safety in the area is also questionable; for example, there is a Starbucks across the street that has no tables or chairs because of homelessness issues. Staff tried hard, but the hotel is 2 stars at… Read more

I have been staying at this property for over 15 years and this last trip will be the last. The GM David Lewin aggressively came after my engineer and I as we were in a call with a large client in the lounge area we reported it and no one followed up.
