We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in May. Bed and pillows very comfortable, however shower could do with being more powerful and it also went hot and cold a few times. Really great hotel. Location fantastic, the staff couldn't do enough for you. Anything that wasnt in the room or was needed they would sort straight away. The rooms were well appointed and good value. I'm actually quite shocked at the difference in experience and the reviews on here.

The room was painted brown around the top which made it even darker. We had a tiny window which let no light in. The curtains covered the air con unit do not ideal. The mirror was in the inside of a cupboard door which couldn’t open fully due to the curtains. There were 3 pillows on a double bed, bit odd.
We were booked in for 4 nights and decided to make the most of it as we’d be out all day sightseeing. As part of our trip we were booked back in for 1 night before flying home, this time in room 245. Even worse view, the window looked straight onto a brick wall probably 2 metres distance. Couldn’t wait to leave and will definitely not return.
