The location couldn’t be better—right across from Union Square, steps away from the cable car stop, and NEXT door to the new Nintendo store (which our kids were super excited about). Yeah, some stores in the area have closed, but a lot are still open, and it was way less crowded than it used to be, which was actually kind of nice. The streets were clean too. If you’re visiting from out of town and wish to walk, just ask which streets are best to stick to—hotel staff were super helpful. Valet parking is available for $80, but there is public parking under Union Square for $40 a night.
Everyone at the hotel was really friendly. We had a perfect view of Union Square. Beds were comfy, room was clean—no complaints at all.
If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t sleep on it! Check out Tratto and La Travesia nearby, the food was great!
