“Historic Hotel with Contemporary Comforts”

This downtown San Francisco hotel has all the comforts desired by a business traveler with the charm feel and energy of San Francisco in the early 1900s. Room rooms are spacious with new amenities. The lobby is welcoming with a turn of the cent energy. And it’s restaurants and bars or timeless. Jeff at concierge‘s desk provided free bottles of water and Uber discount codes daily. The location is convenient for catching a cable car down to the wharf in about a 12 minute walk to Moscone convention center. I find Union Square to be a safe and convenient area to shop and dine in. Be sure to look for the Ansel Adams of the hotel, located near the concierge desk. And check out the hotel museum. This is my second stay at the hotel and looking forward to the third.

My wife and I and our adult son and his partner stayed at the Westin St Francis on Union Square for a long weekend, and the trip could not have been better. The hotel was beautiful, located in a great spot, clean, and had amazing views. But the best part of our stay was our interactions with the concierge, Jeff Aquino. I have traveled a lot on business over the years and he was the best at his job I've ever seen. Not only was he extraordinarily helpful, he just exudes positive energy. When we returned after a day out doing fun stuff in the city, Jeff greeted us by name -- first and last! Just an amazing professional. Thank you -- we'll be back!

We had a very pleasant stay during Labor day weekend. Very clean, historic and beautiful hotel in the heart of San Francisco. Jeff Aquino was very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.
