We’ve stayed here before and like this hotel although its location is a little ways out of downtown. We had a suite with full size fridge and a stove which was very useful during our stay. The room had a large living room and good size bedroom. We were bothered with noise from kids in the room above us but reception took care of it. The use of the… Read more

The hotel was comfy for the night but is definitely more of a motel feel - the picture on booking.com has cleverly been taken with no cars outside! Rooms are a bit dated but do have a microwave, fridge and safe. Quite a walk to the Main Street but mainly flat and a nice route.

The rooms are large and pretty dated. There are hardly any power sockets and no USB charging ports. Also, the A/C is very noisy. We were assigned two rooms which were huge with a full kitchen. However, there was a single Queen bed, which was way too small to fit two people in each apartment. Also, they made a mistake and charged the full price for… Read more

However, there was a single Queen bed, which was way too small to fit two people in each apartment. Also, they made a mistake and charged the full price for both rooms on our credit card even though everything was prepaid. There's no email or working contact form, so I had to call them using an international phone. It took a full week before the reservation was released, and they never apologized for the mistake. The only positive thing is that it was pretty close to the city centre and there is plenty of parking space available. Read less

We had a two bedroom apartment with one bath. The place was clean, but otherwise extremely dated and smelly. Imagine a 50 year old home that has never been remodeled where smokers lived decades ago but the funk never got out of the carpet or walls. The parking lot was one hazard after another. We couldn't check out fast enough. Also, it was… Read more

There are a lot of expensive options in Santa Barbara, but this little gem of a place was perfect for our needs at a reasonable price. There are a lot of expensive options in Santa Barbara, but this little gem of a place was perfect for our needs at a reasonable price. We got an upstairs renovated room which was thoughtfully appointed with magnifier mirror in a separate sink area, 'fridge, microwave, etc. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and in working order. The balcony looked over the pool with a mountain view. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. The restaurant onsite was lovely with upscale options for breakfast and dinner. Found parking onsite easily. Easy drive to the theater which was our reason for staying in town. Read less
