“Perfect Location and Service”

This is in a prime location of Santa Barbara. The restaurants in the hotel offer fresh food and amazing service! Jorge the manager is fantastic and always trying to make your trip as best as possible by providing amazing service. Grant at the front desk as well has fantastic recommendations around the area. Can walk to everything in downtown in 30 mins and a short drive to Montecito. Can’t beat it!

The location is pretty good, staff was nice, and the rooms were clean. Older building which comes with its own challenges. I’d like to call out and say a thank you to Mason the valet, he was fantastic and super helpful!

Way too expensive for this subpar resort. Our room only had one tiny mirror in the bathroom and no other mirrors in the bedroom. The bathroom had a pedestal sink and nowhere to place toiletries, except for on top of the toilet seat and on top of the toilet tank. On top of the steep cost of the rooms, you have to pay $48 per night to park your car. Only option is valet and most of the valet attendants were rude and unprofessional. Would not return or recommend this hotel to my family or friends.
