“An expensive Motel 6. With $42 wine”

The rooms look like a Motel 6 type room. The bathroom in the back of the room and the bedroom in front for everyone else to see when they pass by. We where next to the housekeeping station. So we woke up early as they prepared for they day. We asked for extra pillows and towels two days and then a day in advanced. When we checked in they didn't do any of it. I called the front to ask for them. And after waiting an hour I called them and said to cancell them because we had to go get dinner but by then the dinner was closing in 20 minutes so we had panada express. I booked this as a honeymoon and it flopped. We canceled the rest of out stay and will figure out other accommodations.

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, well maintained, and in a great location with easy access to the best of Solvang. What really made our stay stand out was the exceptional customer service from Monica. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were especially impressed by her positive attitude and dedication, even though she is pregnant!!! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, conveniently located place to stay with a great staff.
