“From Chaos to Comfort—Our Perfect LA Stay!”

We ended up booking this stay last minute after having a very bad experience at another hotel in a completely different area. We immediately thought of this property because of the great service we received from Sergio during a previous visit—and once again, it did not disappoint. Valet met us right away, offered help with our luggage, and quickly brought over a bellman. At check-in, I explained the situation we’d just come from and, as Globalists, asked about a possible upgrade. The front desk agent kindly offered us two options, and we chose a suite with a pull-out. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our stay for an additional night. I requested the same room on the Hyatt app, and they accommodated it with no problem. We had breakfast both mornings and chose to sit outside by the pool—the perfect spot thanks to the beautiful weather. We also took advantage of the beach cruisers and rode around Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Just a small suggestion: since the streets can be a bit hilly, adding electric bikes would make exploring even easier. My husband used the gym and said it was well equipped with everything he needed. They also have a game room, that we will definitely check out next time! A standout moment was during my check-out/check-in process for the second night. The agent noticed a breakfast charge for my daughter and offered to speak with a manager about adding her to our Globalist breakfast benefit (since she’s 17), with the condition that she order from the kids’ menu. I declined, but appreciated the gesture—it was thoughtful and showed great attention to detail. This has officially become our go-to place in LA. It’s a newly refreshed property with all the amenities you’d expect from a full-service hotel, yet it still maintains a boutique feel. Highly recommend! *I wish I took more photos of the property to share.

Wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us Hotel was spotless Special thanks to Atilano who remember ed what we drank and was always happy to help with the menu Also a big thanks to Hugo the most amazing concierge who organised our tour of Los Angeles on a rainy day and took care of us with our ride to the airport Thanks for a great stay
