On a long road trip holiday this was a good choice for downtown accommodation in Sonora. A good sized room with a comfy bed and good bathroom. Everything was very clean and the staff were all helpful. I can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have any.

The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that on arrival, we were an hour early to check in, so I enquired if we could check in early. The receptionist said our room was ready, but we would have to pay a $35 fee if we wanted to check in early. We went to the saloon instead! In 25 years of road tripping around the USA I have never been asked to pay to check in early, fair enough to charge a fee for a late check out. I would stay here again if I was passing through.

Clean and updated rooms.

The room was clean and new. The staff was helpful and kind. The only unfortunate thing is we were there when the ice machines weren’t working. Which would have been really nice in the 100 degree heat. Hopefully they are fixed now.
Good night after Yosemite

Nice hotel in cute little Sonora near to Yosemite!
This was nice experience! The room was spacy and clean, also silent. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Great breakfast! Grocery store behind the corner.
Couple of hours driving to Yosemite. Visit also Sonora, which was very cute.
