My stay was probably longer than most airport hotel stays, and was a Thursday through Sunday (also probably not typical). I was on the Club floor. The hotel is a large, somewhat dated property with multiple options to eat and hang out. Being an airport hotel I imagine guests only stay for a night or two, and over the weekend I was there it was not full. This had an impact in a few ways. When we visited the Club Lounge late Thursday, we were told the Lounge closed after Friday’s breakfast and would reopen Sunday at 5 pm. When we asked about breakfast, the attendant said we should have received vouchers at check-in for the lobby restaurant, where we could have the full breakfast buffet at no cost (we did not get vouchers at check-in but did get them later from the front desk). Friday we decided to have lunch at the lobby restaurant/bar, and were told we could only have beer or wine from the bar because the bartender did not come on until 2:30 pm. These things did not ruin the stay, but were a surprise.
The room itself was fine. It was good sized, clean, quiet (even with the airport close by), and overlooked the pool and pickleball courts. Breakfast buffet had a good spread, complete with an omelette station with all the fixings.
Lastly, I’ll mention there is not much around the hotel, but there are a handful of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. I did not have a car, so I Uber’d. An uber sometimes took about ten minutes to arrive.
Would I stay there again if I needed to? Yes.
