“Nice lobby, but rooms need some work.”

This hotel is the nicest in the area, but has some age to it. Breakfast buffet was good. Traffic surrounding this hotel is very busy!!

Nice stay with comfortable accommodations. Check in staff was friendly and was in my room in to time. Room was well appointed and the A/C worked great. Look forward to returning.

My sister and our daughters were guests here and were amazed how nice ALL of the employees were from the front desk to housekeeping as well as the Airport Shuttle bus driver. When were returned home my sister thought she had forgotten a very expensive shoe there at the hotel and the head of housekeeping, Elissia Boyance went way out of her way to help my sister track the shoe down. Every time we called the front desk with a question or request they were so kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Lafayette.
