Nice stay with comfortable accommodations. Check in staff was friendly and was in my room in to time. Room was well appointed and the A/C worked great. Look forward to returning.

My sister and our daughters were guests here and were amazed how nice ALL of the employees were from the front desk to housekeeping as well as the Airport Shuttle bus driver. When were returned home my sister thought she had forgotten a very expensive shoe there at the hotel and the head of housekeeping, Elissia Boyance went way out of her way to help my sister track the shoe down. Every time we called the front desk with a question or request they were so kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Lafayette.

Some DoubleTrees can be hit or miss. This was a Hilton before. This place seems to be struggling. I know that Lafayette has grown, but this property is not keeping up. The rooms have a "rinsy" undress smell. It is very outdated...hallways, clean, but outdated. For anyone that has longtime Diamond Status, the executive lounge is only for those who originally reserved executive rooms (executives rooms are regular rooms with bathrobes). Very strange. At any rate, I'll be checking out the other Hilton properties (along with my cadre of colleagues who travel here for work). Management has got to update this property!
